"The Pigeon Dunk which was designed by Staple Design could be considered one of the most infamous sneakers in the sneaker culture due it the riots it caused in New York when it was launched. Staple Design will once again be using the "Pigeon" colorway on a new sneaker he is developing with New Balance. Utilizing the New Balance 575 model, this sneaker features a grey/pink/white colorway as well as a pigeon embroidered on the back heel. The global release date is August 6th, 2008. "I" mentioned in the Sneaker Freaker interview that there will be about 800 pairs worldwide but the actual number is now LESS. We're talking about 650 pair globally excluding Friends & Family. And from what i know, SG is only getting 44pairs IslandWide Excluding F&F. Therefore, only 3 Shops in SG will bring in and each shop average are 9pairs.
